For purposes of Section 8.6 subsection (a), where one of more official signs have been posted on municipal property, stating conditions on which a motor vehicle may be parked or left or prohibiting the parking of a motor vehicle, parking contrary to such conditions or prohibitions, the vehicle shall be deemed to have been parked or left without consent.
