Barrie : Règlement no 2025-091, art. 4.1.10 — Waste Management By-law

The Owner of an Eligible Property shall ensure Carts placed at the approved Collection Point for Automated Collection:

• i. Have 0.6 metres (2 feet) of clearance from other obstacles on all sides;
• ii. Have arrows noted on the Cart lid pointed toward the Street;
• iii. Are placed on a level surface; and
• iv. Have the lid of the Cart fully closed.
