The Owner of an Eligible Property shall ensure Carts placed at the approved Collection Point for Automated Collection:
- i. Have 0.6 metres (2 feet) of clearance from other obstacles on all sides;
- ii. Have arrows noted on the Cart lid pointed toward the Street;
- iii. Are placed on a level surface; and
- iv. Have the lid of the Cart fully closed.
