42 Off-Leash Zones In any designated Off-Leash Zone, the following provisions shall apply:
- There shall be:
- (a) a limit of 3 Dogs per person per visit;
- (b) Children under 10 years of age are prohibited;
- (c) Each Dog shall be leashed when it enters or exits the designated area;
