94. No person shall Keep, or permit to be Kept, any Rabbits, Pigeons or Hens except in accordance with the following rules:
- All refuse resulting from the Keeping of the Animals shall be contained in air-tight containers in such a manner as to prevent odours and shall be disposed of in a manner that will not create a public nuisance or health hazard.
