Not withstanding subsection (1) of Section 25, where signs are augmented by flashing lights as prescribed in the Highway Traffic Act, the maximum rate of speed in kilometres per hour as set out in Column 2 of said Schedule shall only be in effect when said lights are flashing. HEAVY TRUCKS
