PARKING PROHIBITED IN CERTAIN PLACES Unless specifically permitted by other provisions of this by-law,
42. no person shall park any vehicle on any highway:

- the provisions of section 42 subsection (11) & (12) shall not apply to vehicles which clearly display in a visible manner a accessible parking permit.
