Notwithstanding Sections 57(6)(4) and 57(6)(5), a driver may permit a vehicle to be parked at a pay and display lot provided a valid monthly permit is displayed in the vehicle in a fashion where it is clearly visible and legible from outside the vehicle. Canadian coins, etc
