No person shall bar, obstruct or otherwise interfere with the inspection of any pigeon loft, coup, cage or other enclosure by the Pound Keeper or an Officer, City of Burlington By-law No. 60-2005 Page 8
notwithstanding that said loft, coup, cage or enclosure is situated on private property.
