Cambridge : Règlement no 172-13, art. 3.2 — Exceptions

Exceptions:

• Section 3.1 of this by-law shall not apply to:
• (a) Exceptions: Section 3.1 of this by-law shall not apply to: a Breeding Kennel licensed by the City;
• (b) a Boarding Kennel licensed by the City;
• (c) a Pet Daycare centre;
• (d) Research facilities under The Animals for Research Act, R.S.O., 1990, C.A. 22 as amended, or any successor legislation;
• (e) Educational facilities;
• (f) Parades licensed by the City or Regional Municipality of Waterloo;
• (g) Circuses;
• (h) Veterinary hospitals;
• (i) Pounds operated by the City; or
• (j) The Cambridge and District Humane Society;
