Every Owner shall ensure that signage is installed for every designated accessible parking space in accordance with any approved site plan or agreement, applicable City by-laws, and Provincial legislation. This includes but is not limited to the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.8 and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005, S.O. 2005, c.11, including regulations made thereunder.
