- (5) Section 61 does not apply to a Taxi that have been authorized to Park in a Taxi Stand, provided however that where a Taxi is Parked in a Taxi Stand between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., the driver shall move such Taxi from the Taxi Stand immediately upon request by the City. No person shall Park or Stop any portion of a Vehicle in a Taxi Stand, except with the authorization of the City as set out in this Section.
