APPLICATION OF BY-LAW Save where otherwise specifically provided, the provisions of this By-law shall apply to:
- (a) all highways and parts of highways under the jurisdiction of the City of Hamilton; To Regulate On-Street Parking
- (b) all public lanes or alleys that have been established by a by-law of the Council; and,
- (c) all unassumed lanes or alleys in respect of the parking of vehicles. ENFORCEMENT
