Where the application is for a plumbing master’s licence, an application shall be made to the Director of Licensing and shall include:
- It shall be an offence for any plumbing contractor to have any plumbing work performed by him or her when there is not in his or her employ a licensed plumbing master whose name and address have been furnished to the Director of Licensing in writing.
