Where the application is for a plumbing master’s licence, an application shall be made to the Director of Licensing and shall include:
- It shall be an offence for a plumbing contractor to perform or have performed any plumbing work without employing a tradesperson holding a valid master’s licence or Certificate of Qualification issued by the Province of Ontario, to perform such work.
