No person shall make or permit to be made noise that contravenes:
- an applicable Noise Pollution Control Publication of Ontario's Ministry of the Environment; or
- (b) a permission, such as an environmental compliance approval, under federal or provincial legislation [As Amended: By-law 14-320, s. 2] EXEMPTIONS NOT REQUIRING A PERMIT
