Hamilton : Règlement no 11-285, art. 5(13) — Noise Control By-law

Delivery of an order to discontinue a contravening activity made under subsection 7(9) or an order to do work made under subsection 7(11) or of any other document under this By-law may be given personally or by registered mail to the last known address of:

• (a) in the case of an order to discontinue a contravening activity made under subsection 7(9) or an order to do work made under subsection 7(11), the person who contravened the By-law, or the owner or occupier of the property where a contravention occurred; (Amended October, 2021) BY-LAW NO. 11-285 NOISE CONTROL BY-LAW Page 10 of 12 and (b ) such other persons affected by the order or other document as an officer determines. Delivery by registered mail shall be deemed to have taken place five business days after the date of mailing.·
