The Director may assign officers to enforce this By-law and officers so assigned or appointed by Council to enforce this By-law shall have the authority to:
- (a) carry out inspections;
- (b) make orders or other requirements as authorized under this By-law;
- (c) give immediate effect to any orders or other requirements made under this By-Law
