Every owner of a dog or a Vietnamese pot-bellied pig shall notify the Poundkeeper immediately of any change in:
- the name, address or telephone number of the dog or the Vietnamese pot- bellied pig owner;
- (b) the address of the premises where the dog or the Vietnamese pot-bellied pig is to be kept in the City;
- (c) the ownership of the dog or the Vietnamese pot-bellied pig.
