Despite section 4.5, where any single family dwelling, semi-detached dwelling, duplex, triplex or row house within the urban boundary as set out on the Map in Schedule C of this bylaw is adjacent to a multi-unit dwelling or to property zoned Commercial, Industrial or Institutional, a 2.4 metre (8 feet) high fence shall be permitted.
