10. Every Breeder shall provide the new Owner of a Dog, Cat or Rabbit with documentation which verifies:

• the date of the sale;
• the sale price;
• the Dog, Cat or Rabbit's breed or cross-breed; the sex of the Dog, Cat or Rabbit; the age of the Dog, Cat or Rabbit;

a description of the Dog, Cat or Rabbit, including colour and markings if any; and an up-to-date certificate of health from a Veterinarian for the Dog or Cat. The Breeder shall retain a copy of such documentation for a period of seven (7) years from the date of the transaction and shall provide copies to an Animal Control Officer on demand.
