Where a sign is erected designating a taxi stand,
17. no person shall park or stand a vehicle in the taxi stand unless the vehicle is a City of Markham licenced Taxicab while it is waiting for, or picking up, goods or passengers for the purposes of collecting fares. Daytime Parking Permits
