Every person who contravenes the provisions of this By-law is, upon conviction, guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of not more than FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00) for each offence, exclusive of costs, pursuant to the provisions of the Provincial Offences Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P. 33, as amended.
