Method of Parking – Distance to Curb

(a)

3. No person shall park a motor vehicle on any highway unless the motor vehicle is parked not more than 15 cm (6 inches) from the curb or edge of the highway.

• (b) No person shall park a motor vehicle on any highway unless the motor vehicle is parallel to the curb or the edge of the highway, but this section shall not apply where angle parking is permitted under Section 4 of this Bylaw. (Amended by By-law 2012-56) Method of Parking – Angle Parking
