A Dwelling shall be kept free of rodents, vermin, and insects at all times and methods used for exterminating rodents or insects or both shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Pesticides Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. P. ll, as amended, and all regulations enacted pursuant thereto.
