Markham : Règlement no 2017-26, art. 32(3) — Property Standards By-law

If, in the opinion of the Officer, there is doubt as to the structural condition and adequacy of a building or structure or parts thereof, the Officer may order that such building or structure or parts thereof be examined by a professional engineer, licensed to practice in Ontario and employed by the Owner of the building or authorized agent and that a written report, be submitted to the Officer, which report will By-law 2017-26 include drawings for any recommended remedial work designed by the engineer and the details and findings of such examination.
