U-Turn Prohibited:
Where an Official Sign to that effect is displayed, no person operating a Vehicle shall at any time make a U-Turn at the locations set out in Column 1 of Schedule XIII while travelling in the direction set out in Column 2, during the times and days set out in Column 3.
