Oshawa : Règlement no 79-99, art. 4.53 — Persons shall be permitted to operate Electric Kick-Scooters on any Highway with a maximum speed of 50 km/h or less in accordance with Schedule XVII to this by-law, and in designated bicycle lanes in accordance with Schedule XXV of this Traffic and Parking By-law.
