ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE means a PARKING SPACE provided under this by-law in accordance with the City’s Zoning By- law No. 1997- 123 as amended, and identified by an OFFICIAL SIGN for the exclusive use of a VEHICLE displaying an ACCESSIBLE PARKING PERMIT in accordance with the requirements of the Highway Traffic Act .
