Approve Agreements for the issuance of City Parking infraction notices on private property, and amend or rescind any such agreement, as deemed necessary; and,
- (b) Appoint and rescind individuals as municipal law enforcement officers for the purpose of issuing parking infraction notices under the provisions of By-law number 09-136 as amended on designated private properties, as deemed necessary.
