Repairs/Maintenance:
No person shall PARK a VEHICLE on a HIGHWAY or in a PARKING LOT, PARKADE or other MUNICIPAL PROPERTY for the purpose of washing, greasing or repairing the VEHICLE, except for repairs necessitated by an emergency.
