FEES for PARKING:
Where in this by-law a rate is stipulated for the privilege PARKING for a given time period in a PARKING SPACE, the fee shall be paid for that period or any portion of that period, and the period shall be as measured by the CONTROL DEVICE controlling such PARKING SPACE.
