Exterior Standards Maintenance of Property
- (a) All Properties shall be kept clean and free of Refuse and Waste Material, and free from objects or conditions that may create an Unsafe Condition.

- 10 Work Standards All Repairs and maintenance of Property required by the provisions of this By-law shall be carried out in a manner accepted as the applicable standard of good workmanship in the trades concerned and with materials suitable and sufficient for the purpose intended and carried out in accordance with the industry specifications and requirements.
