All properties shall be kept free of any conditions which may directly or indirectly cause damage to any Municipal or Regional infrastructure.

- 10 Work Standards All Repairs and maintenance of Property required by the provisions of this By-law shall be carried out in a manner accepted as the applicable standard of good workmanship in the trades concerned and with materials suitable and sufficient for the purpose intended and carried out in accordance with the industry specifications and requirements.
