- 1116.1.1 Actively Charging – defined “Actively Charging” means the period during which an Electric Vehicle is connected to an Electric Vehicle Charge Station and electricity is actively delivered to the Electric Vehicle’s battery, as indicated by the Electric Vehicle Charge Station’s network, display or visual indicators.
