the issuance of a media advisory; and
- (b) posting notice of the same on the City’s public website. The Director of Operations may arrange for any additional notice that has a reasonable likelihood of coming to the attention of affected persons. The Winter Event shall commence immediately upon the giving of the notice. The Winter Event shall end upon the giving of a further notice by the Director of Operations by the same means listed above.
