- 1116.8.2 Ministry of Transportation - approval - required The provisions of this Chapter shall be deemed to be severable. Any provision requiring the approval of the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario shall become effective only upon receipt of such approval and any provision not requiring such approval shall become effective upon the final passing of the enabling by-law, and notwithstanding the provisions of this Chapter to the contrary, any provisions in the by-laws thereby repealed shall, until the approval hereof of the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario is received, remain in full force and effect.
