Retention of Contractor — Provision of Collection The Town may retain a Contractor to provide Collection in accordance with this by-law.
In the event that the Collection cannot be made due to a breakdown of equipment, strike, inclement weather, or any other cause whatsoever, the Town shall not be liable to any person for any losses or damages due to such Collection not taking place.
