A Directory Sign for a multiple residential Property or any Property in a Commercial, Industrial or Institutional Zone shall:
- be marked or impressed on durable material;
- (b) be of a contrasting colour to the background;
- (c) have a maximum Sign Area of 0.50 square metres;
- (d) if it is in the form of a Ground Sign, have a maximum Height of 1.20 metres;
- (e) if it is in a form other than a Ground Sign, shall be located on the first Storey of a Premises only; and
- (f) be Non-Illuminated or Externally Illuminated.
