Notwithstanding any provision in this Part 7.0 or any other part of this by-law to the contrary, any Sign to be located, erected or displayed on a Heritage Property shall not include a Digital Display. City of Richmond Hill Sign By-law Page 16 of 44 By-law No. 52-09
