Notwithstanding that a Ground Sign pursuant to subsection 7.6.5 and Wall Sign pursuant to subsection 7.11.6 may have an electronic message display, a Digital Display in a Residential Zone on any Wall Sign or Ground Sign, save and except on a Property or Premises of a public or separate school board, may not have such an electronic message display.
