Any information relevant to the application as requested by and to the satisfaction of the Executive Director including but not limited to:

• (c) A statement certified by a professional engineer or acoustical consultant for any sounds that are not technically or operationally feasible to control. A.1 If an applicant wishes to apply for an exemption permit less than 28 calendar days prior to the proposed event or activity, the applicant must pay a late application fee in addition to the application fee set out in Chapter 441, Fees and Charges, as part of their application. The late fee requirement shall not apply to a person applying for a permit under 591-2.9C
