Where authorized signs to that effect are displayed,
no person shall park a vehicle on any highway at the side and between the limits set out in Schedule XLIV in § 950-1343 during the times and/or days set out in Schedule XLIV unless the vehicle is an Electric Vehicle and the Electric Vehicle is actively connected to the electric vehicle charging station and the Electric Vehicle is not parked for a longer period than that set out in Schedule XLIV.
