Waterloo : Règlement no 2013-017, art. 17.5 — In addition to the fine amounts set out in sections 17.2 and 17.3, for each day or part of a day that an offence continues, the minimum fine shall be Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($350.00) and the maximum fine shall be Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00). The total of all daily fines for the offence is not limited to One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00)
