Where authorized signs have been erected,
no person shall drive or permit to be driven, a heavy vehicle as defined in Article 1 of this By-law, on a prohibited highway or parts of highways set out in Column 1 of Schedule “R” to this By-law between the limits set out in Column 2 of the said Schedule during the times or days set out in Column 3 of the said Schedule.
