Windsor : Règlement no 170-2012, art. 8.6 — Inclusion Every Order delivered, sent, posted or published shall specify that if the owner defaults in doing the thing(s) required to be done under this By-law by the date specified in the Order, the Chief Building Official may take action to cause the City to do the thing(s) required to be done as specified in the Order and that the City may recover the costs of doing the thing(s) required to be done from the owner and that the City may recover the costs by action or by adding the costs to the tax roll and collect them in the same manner as taxes
