Windsor : Règlement no 9023, art. 1.2(28) — Parking By-law

"Parked, Park or Parking" shall mean to allow a vehicle to remain stationary on a street

except in obedience to traffic regulations, signs, or signals, or for a longer period of time than is actually required for the purpose of taking on or discharging passengers, or loading or unloading of merchandise;
