A “ Signed Location ” means a portion of a highway between appropriate signage that is designated for the parking of a vehicle (ADDED B/L 113-2017 JULY 17/17) (36b) "State of Abandonment" means state of ill repair, unroadworthy, without licence plates, with illegal licence plates, stolen or deserted; (added B/L 11976, Oct. 3/94)
