"Pedestrian Crossover" means, any portion of a roadway, as designated by this by-law, at an intersection or elsewhere, distinctly indicated for pedestrian crossing by signs on the highway and lines or other markings on the surface of the roadway as prescribed by regulations passed pursuant to the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O. l980, Chapter 98, as amended from time to time. 2 Where any expression of times occurs or any hour or other period of time is stated, the time referred to shall be standard time or daylight saving time, whichever shall be proclaimed to be in effect in the Municipality
