Windsor : Règlement no 9023, art. 20(9) — Parking By-law

no person shall stop or park a vehicle within 30 metres of a pedestrian crossover. (added B/L l0l04, Jan.29/90; Any owner or operator of a parking lot or parking facility who contravenes any provision of this Section is guilty of an offence and shall be liable upon conviction to a fine of not more than two thousand dollars exclusive of costs for each offence and such penalty and costs shall be recoverable under the Provincial Offences Act. (l2).

Where a accessible parking space has been designated in accordance with this Section,

no person shall park or stop a vehicle in that space unless a currently valid permit for accessible parking has been issued to the owner or the operator of such vehicle, or to a passenger being picked up or transported in the vehicle and such permit is displayed in accordance with Section 2l(4) above.
